In 2022, FHLBank and its three Home4Good state housing finance agency partners will award $3.525 million in Home4Good funds to projects in Delaware, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. There will be no public Request for Proposal (RFP) application process in 2022. Instead, in Pennsylvania and West Virginia funding will be offered in “block grant” style. Service organizations are encouraged to reach out to their local Continuum of Care in those states. In Delaware, funds will be distributed through the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) and service organizations can reach out to DSHA directly for further information. FHLBank members can participate by submitting a member co-applicant form to indicate their support for projects in their area. FHLBank will reach out to members with lists of qualified applications during the timeframe of Sept. 9 to Oct. 28. Awards will be announced by the end of 2022.
