FHLBank Pittsburgh members, working with their community partners, can take advantage of FHLBank Pittsburgh's community investment products and initiatives to make a real difference in their own backyards.

Members can also access funding to help those affected by flooding in West Virginia through the Bank's Disaster Relief Program.

Affordable Housing Program (AHP)

Creating affordable homes for families and individuals.

First Front Door (FFD)

Assisting first-time homebuyers with down payment and closing costs.

Community Lending Program (CLP)

Offering flexible, low-rate advances, with terms up to 30 years, to support housing and economic development.

Banking On Business (BOB)

Helping small businesses meet start-up and expansion costs.

Affordable Housing Advisory Council

The 15-member Affordable Housing Advisory Council advises FHLBank Pittsburgh on its affordable housing and community development products and initiatives.
